Lauryn Hill has made her first appearance on Billboard’s singles chart in over decade, thanks to a song that leaked on the internet a few weeks ago. The song, “Repercussions,” popped up out of nowhere on the internet and caught fans of the singer/rapper/actress off guard. Though it doesn’t really sound like a finished song, the song managed to garner enough radio airplay that it debuted on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Rap Songs chart at #94. It’s Lauryn’s first appearance on a singles chart since 1999’s posthumous collaboration with Bob Marley, “Turn Your Lights Down Low,” which peaked at #49 on the charts.
